To investors and business owners

As the founder of TradeonBarter, I am very interested in discussing possible venture & partnership opportunities. Having a proven track record founding, operating, and managing multiple businesses over a span of 35 years, I bring a wealth of expertise and experience to the table. My forte lies in creating and implementing innovative business models, like TradeonBarter, as well as serving in many different roles in real estate development process. Specifically, my background includes: 12 years of architecture and 10 years in construction with the remaining in site selection, due diligence, and raising capital. A combination investors and owners can rely on to get their needs met and communicated. Having experience in all these areas allows much of the preliminary work to be completed coherently and without overlooking important components. In addition, when outsourcing and delegating tasks are required, I have a developed a strong team and deep bench of colleagues.

TradeonBarter not only provides a platform for asset-based trading, lending and transactions but builds wealth in participation.

• Co-founding a loosely-held steering committee whose influence help allocate $2B for the State of Oregon
• Raising over $170M of capital
• Real Estate Financial Analysis / Due Diligence
• Formerly Realtor licensed in Washington
• Proficient in real estate financial software and 2D AutoCAD
• Received four design / technical awards from American Institute of Architects
• Formerly licensed / bonded GC in Oregon and Washington
• Received 100% rating from Lowes Home Improvement for professional skills and service as one of their Independent Contractors.
• Authored a book on Purposeful Leadership and published by Tate Publishing.
• Many civic and community projects
